Ⅰ.研究兴趣与领域
植物的主体形态由根茎株型构成。根系构型与地上株型共同调控植物对环境的适应性,与作物品质和产量息息相关。本实验室综合运用野菊、菊花和拟南芥等植物,研究菊花根茎株型的分子调控机制,具体包括:1)菊花侧枝数量与夹角调控机制,旨在改良花卉地上株型、达到省力化栽培;2)菊花根系构型对土壤逆境的响应机制,旨在提高花卉抗逆性与品质一致性。
